Carlos Malaver Parada, is a Licensed Addiction Counselor, LAC and LCP. He holds a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from University of Providence. He has extensive education in Theology, Philosophy, Education and Psychology. He is an anger management counselor. He is in recovery from alcoholism. He provides high quality of counseling.
